The report evaluated 10 vendors on technology, market execution and market impact. Compuware achieved the highest ratings in 12 out of 14 categories for APM capabilities. These categories include: 1). solution scope, 2). development and QA orientation, 3). operations orientation, 4). cloud services, 5). business transaction management, 6). end-user experience monitoring, 7). mobile application performance monitoring, 8). server performance monitoring, 9). databases and storage performance management, 10). mainframe performance management, 11). alerts, reporting and dashboards and 12). performance analytics.
