Integrated managed service solution – a critical element for the rollout of eircom Business’s mobile services to government, enterprise and SME customers
23 April, 2013, Warrington, UK: MDS today announces that eircom Business has successfully deployed its next-generation Managed Business Support System (BSS) solution, as Ireland’s largest telecommunications operator widens its offering for the business and government sectors.
The partnership is an agreement for MDS to provide eircom Business with a revenue and customer management solution which provides infrastructure and hosting services, as well as systems and application management, based on MDS’s industry-leading managed services model.
Delivered as an integrated managed service, the MDS Managed BSS solution includes a Spend Analytics module as part of a platform from which eircom can enable a single-view of customer care and billing across its range of services.
The deployment supports eircom Business’s strategy to broaden solutions and services to government, enterprise and SME sectors.
