SysAid Technologies Ltd. (www.sysaid.com), a leading global provider of IT Service Management (ITSM) software solutions, announced today that VP Products and IT, Oded Moshe, will present at The Service Desk & IT Support Show taking place April 23 – 24, 2013 in London. SysAid's presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, April 24, 2013 at 11:40 AM GMT.
Mr. Moshe will speak about the use of business intelligence and benchmarking as tools to improve current IT Service Management and guide further developments of help desk software. Additionally, Moshe will provide examples gathered from SysAid customers in 2012 using the company's dynamic IT Performance Benchmark measurement tool that translates the raw data of a company's IT activities into useful facts and numbers that can then be used to compare current statistics with data from previous months and years, as well as with other IT departments worldwide.
