Sabio, the specialist contact centre and unified communications systems integrator, is the official partner for the 2013 European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA). The awards programme formally recognises professional excellence throughout the UK and Europe, and serving as its official partner reflects Sabio's ongoing commitment to helping the organisations it works with build award-winning customer service centres.
As part of its partnership activities, Sabio will be the headline sponsor for the awards programme, and will support the team award for Best Customer Service Centre of the Year. This award, which draws together an organisation's obsession with delighting the customer and clear evidence of robust measurement practices, aligns closely with Sabio's determination to provide today's customer contact professionals with best practice insight into the key customer, process, people and technology issues that impact and shape contact centre performance.

Held annually, the awards seek to highlight best practice customer service organisations. There are 23 separate categories to recognise technology, projects, teams and individuals from across vertical industries. Entries for the awards are now open with a closing date for all categories on the 24th May 2013. Categories will be judged by industry experts and thought leaders, with the winners announced at a gala event in London on 2nd October.
