London – January 10, 2013 – Attenda Limited, the Business Critical IT company, today announced that it has been awarded a five year web managed services contract renewal with Fulham Football Club, to include a platform refresh with back up disaster recovery solution.
Fulham Football Club is the oldest established London Football Club playing in the Premier League, with a long history dated back to 1879. More than almost any other Club, Fulham has become synonymous with its home ground Craven Cottage.
Fulham FC, an Attenda client since 2008, was already committed to upgrading the design of its website. It wanted to refresh the existing hosting platform to create a more agile virtualised environment, including a disaster recovery capability. The overall business objective was to provide fans with a more user-friendly website, and to increase the functionality over time, including the ability to sell tickets online.
Attenda, recognising both the business needs and commercial constraints, has worked closely with Fulham FC to deliver a new virtualised platform, together with the provision of a cost-effective back up Disaster Recovery solution.
