KeyBS, leading technology provider and member of Arabi Holding Group KSC, successfully installed its first KeyKiosk at Al Bader Exchange in Abu Dhabi that enables domestic and international mobile top up through KeyTopUp as well as recharging of cashU accounts.
Making the announcement, Mr Ibrahim Darraz, Managing Director, KeyBS, said, “It gives us great pleasure to see the first KeyKiosk in operation in the UAE. We would like to congratulate Al Bader Exchange in Abu Dhabi for being a pioneer in this aspect. In the next few weeks KeyKiosk will be available across all branches of Al Bader Exchange in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.”
KeyBS had recently entered into a strategic alliance with OMA Emirates, ezetop and cashU. While KeyBS’s tie-up with OMA Emirates provides Etisalat and Du customers the convenience of topping up their mobile phones through KeyKiosk; its alliance with ezetop allows individuals in Dubai to top up family or friends’ credit worldwide through KeyKiosk. Some of the operators covered in this include Airtel, Jawwal, Uninor, Aircel, Reliance Mobile, Dialog, Smart, MTN Business, Vodafone and Warid Telecom.
KeyBS has also entered into partnership with cashU that will help customers to top up and recharge their cashU accounts at KeyKiosk to enable them to continue shopping online.
Sara Kobayaa, Director of Sales & Marketing Business Unit stressed, “KeyKiosk is a fast, reliable, convenient and smart way to forward. The machine substantially reduces paper work and in turn queuing time. Security is another plus with the system sending out instant SMS notification as well as printed receipts when any transaction is carried out.”
In its bid to offer 24-hours service, Al Bader Exchange head office in Madinat Zayed in Abu Dhabi will be installing a KeyKiosk in its exterior wall. Sara said, “This will prove to be extremely convenient for people who wish to do a transaction anytime they wish.”
Lyn Dimaandal, a resident of Abu Dhabi, was one of the first clients to use KeyTopUp service. Speaking about her experience, she said, “It is wonderful to have this machine. It is so simple and easy to use. The best part is that we don’t have to queue up for long.”
Equally delighted with the machine was Mohammed Yunus who belongs to Malappuram in Kerala - India, and works in Abu Dhabi. He said, “What I like is the fact that since I am the one to fill in all information, it is hundred per cent correct. Moreover, I don’t have to wait too long to make the transaction.”
