London, UK. – November 01, 2012 – Lantronix, Inc. (NASDAQ: LTRX), a leading global provider of smart M2M connectivity solutions, today announced it has signed a distribution partnership agreement with Ingram Micro Europe, a division of Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM), the largest global wholesale provider of technology products and supply chain management services.  Under terms of the agreement, Ingram Micro Europe will provide advanced logistics, product delivery and distribution services for Lantronix throughout Europe. Ingram will focus on Lantronix IT (information technology) and Datacentre Management product families.

Ingram Micro Europe expands the company’s distribution network across the following countries:  Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
