SYNETY's CloudCall Click Service Extended to iPads, iPhones, Smartphones and Tablets with Free Apps
Enables users to synchronise colleagues' and employees' personal devices with a company account

SYNETY, the hosted telephony software specialist, has extended its unique CloudCall Click voice calling service to smartphones and tablets with three new, free applications.

SYNETY’s CloudCall apps for iPad, iPhone and Android enable CloudCall Click users to synchronise colleagues’ or employees’ personal devices with a company CloudCall account, enabling business-related calls to be made, received, recorded and logged directly from a personal smartphone or tablet.

Users are able to make calls using their company’s CloudCall account, rather than a personal mobile tariff, which enables individuals to use their office DDI number for all handling calls, whether from a desk or mobile.  The applications also allow users to access call notes and company address books from their device, and manage call-forwarding rules.

Mark Seemann, CEO of SYNETY said: “Organisations are increasingly embracing BYOD in the workplace, which can lead to high mobile bills and a fragmented communications strategy that’s difficult to manage.  Being able to integrate CloudCall Click with users’ personal devices via free, downloadable apps gives companies an opportunity to continue to capitalise on the existing benefits of the CloudCall Click solution – such as call recording and logging – while fully enabling and supporting flexible working.

“What’s more, with CloudCall Click’s ultra-low call costs of 0.75p per minute for UK landline numbers and 2p per minute for UK mobiles, organisations are able to slash their overall communications costs.”

CloudCall Click works with customers’ existing business phone systems, or with the included CloudCall Communicator soft phone as a standalone system, and is priced at £10 per user, per month.  It enables process-based communications functions such as click-to-dial from email clients such as MS Outlook and Gmail, as well as a growing range of CRM or sales suites.

All calls can be recorded in the cloud, and call recordings can be managed and used in email clients or other software as easily as a Word document – making it ideal for sales or service environments.  It also creates a complete log of all inbound and outbound calls made using the service.
