Consumer champion Which? has named Eclipse Internet as a Recommended Broadband Provider for the fourth time in a row, underlining the company’s commitment to the highest levels of customer service and connection reliability.

The highly-prized recommendation is based purely on feedback from Which? members, who rated overall broadband supply satisfaction levels in addition to connection speed, ease of set up, customer service and reliability. 

Eclipse are within the top three most highly rated providers, scoring 76% for the latest recommendation, five percent higher than the company’s previous score.  Eclipse scored five out of five stars for both customer service and connection reliability.

This accolade follows Eclipse being rated as the fastest ISP (excluding cable operators) by independent consumer advice website www.ispreview.co.uk for July 2012¹.

Almost 7,000 Which? members took part in the online survey of 15 broadband providers that runs every six months.  A Which? Recommended Broadband Provider is awarded to companies achieving 70 percent or more.
