Easynet, the managed cloud infrastructure provider, has removed the need for Ingeus to negotiate its voice costs and now carries out these negotiations on its behalf, resulting in a 35% reduction in rates this year, which followed a 16% reduction last year. Additionally, by moving its voice traffic to IP, Ingeus has improved the quality, flexibility and mobility of its communication.
