Law firm Meade King has gone live with SOS Connect for integrated case management, marketing and legal accounting, to support its commitment to delivering cost-efficiency, partner contact and a specialised service.
Meade King is a full service commercial law firm with specialisms in insolvency, professional negligence and dentistry.
To maximise business efficiency and enhance client services, Meade King is using SOS Connect for firm-wide matter management including email and document management. Staff are also learning how to optimise SOS Connect’s other features, such as reporting tools and the CRM and marketing module.
“Our previous system was limiting our ambitions and how we aimed to run the business and look after our clients. We required a case management system that would allow us to co-ordinate all of our data, file and time management records in one place,” says managing partner, James Hawkins.
“We also needed a new accounts system, so the fact that SOS Connect is an integrated legal accounts
and case management system was compelling. Achieving standard processes across the firm was a central
objective of this investment.
“Having access to different reporting tools was also a key factor for us in our decision to adopt SOS Connect and although it is still early days, we are already feeling the benefit of being able to produce bespoke reports.

The whole go live experience has been remarkably stress-free, and we will exploit more of the system’s full potential as we move forward.”
