With a customer satisfaction score of 99 out of 100, Workbooks has beaten the large CRM vendors such as Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM and Oracle. As a High Performer, Workbooks is recognised as providing quality CRM products and on-going customer support services that are highly rated by its users.
The GridSM charts CRM software by scale and satisfaction to help professionals find platforms that best match the specific needs, size and budget for their organisation. The satisfaction score is calculated from the ratings of real users completing a 71 question survey, which asks respondents to review all aspects of the product, services and support.
98% of users rated Workbooks 4 or 5 stars (with 5 being the best), 93% of customers would recommend Workbooks to peers and 94% of the respondents believe that the company is headed in the right direction. Ease of use of the platform and the technical support received were highly praised by respondents, rating Workbooks 89% on overall CRM functionality – far higher than the industry average of 79%.
