These human resources outsourcing contract renewals range from one to five years in length and during that period are expected to generate total revenue of more than $25 million.

Convergys will continue to provide workforce management and HR administration services, including recruitment, on boarding, absence management, and leave administration, for more than 60,000 North American employees of a leading business services company. A client since 2002, this company renewed its contract for Convergys HR Solutions for another five years based on the high quality and consistency of the services Convergys has provided to this client’s employees.

For an outsourced services industry client of more than ten years, Convergys will continue to provide benefits administration and support to almost 70,000 employees located in North America. Convergys supports this client’s desire to be an employer of choice through the seamless provision of benefits management and annual enrollment support. Convergys’ strong understanding of this global company’s business and the way it delivers benefits prompted the two-year contract renewal.

Convergys also signed a one-year renewal for payroll technology and systems supporting 18,000 US-based employees of a leading global technology company. This seven-year client has stated its appreciation of Convergys’ flexibility in meeting the company’s special requests and new business requirements and signed the renewal agreement as a way to continue to manage its costs, while providing employees with vital and dependable payroll services.
