Qire has been appointed as a supplier on a national framework that is available to the London trusts through the London Procurement Programme. This arrangement is for the supply of appointment reminders. Nationally there are 6.5 million missed hospital appointments costing the NHS more than £600 million a year, enough to run two medium-size hospitals.

Qire will use their communication platform to contact patients automatically via phone, SMS and email to remind them of their approaching appointments.
