London, UK and Oslo, Norway and New York, NY: 15 August 2013: Confirmit is pleased to announce that Kantar Operations, the internal provider of data collection services to the Kantar Group, the insight and consultancy arm of WPP Group plc, has signed a new 3-year agreement to use the Confirmit solution. This extends the existing 13-year relationship with Confirmit, the leading global solutions provider for Customer Experience, Employee Engagement andMarket Research.
Confirmit is one of the key solutions used by Kantar Operations to support core Market Research processes and to maintain the quality and standard of deliverables that are expected by Kantar’s research businesses. Kantar will continue to use Confirmit’s leading Market Research solutions for their online data collection, CATI, CAPI and panel activities which enable them to provide a consistent and high quality source of data to each of the Kantar businesses.
