DIGITALK Cloud customers benefit from voice trading with Transparate

Milton Keynes, UK, 13 February, 2013 DIGITALK, a trusted vendor of Carrier, Consumer and Mobile solutions to retail and wholesale communications service providers worldwide, stated today that it has partnered with Transparate, a professional network and deal centre for voice carriers, to deliver the added benefit of 'meet me' room voice trading for DIGITALK Cloud customers.

DIGITALK Cloud delivers a carrier-grade routing and management platform on which voice termination providers can offer a wholesale service. DIGITALK Cloud customers can now also use Transparate to promote rates, automatically monitor new destination prices, and negotiate agreements. All DIGITALK Cloud customers will immediately benefit from a free login to the Transparate Trading Floor and discounted routing fees between each other.

Carriers using DIGITALK Cloud can use its margin and QoS controls to improve their service offering, both from a quality and price perspective, and in turn allowing them to deliver competitive offers on the portal.

“DIGITALK Cloud customers will be able to use Transparate to simplify the process of coming to an agreement, making it a reality and then reaping the rewards. We have focused on reducing complexity in routing and management and are pleased to see this extended to the very beginning of a voice carrier's sales cycle,” says Paul Bassa, VP Product Marketing at DIGITALK. “This is great for competition in the market and will mean big business benefits for the carriers that use it.”

Voice carriers use Transparate as a meeting space where they can promote and find rates, compare prices, and negotiate and sign deals. Both Transparate and DIGITALK are carrier neutral organisations and are focused on facilitating carriers as they trade voice minutes seamlessly. Transparate has over 300 carriers active on the portal.

“DIGITALK offers a best-in-market solution that is a natural extension of our portal. DIGITALK Cloud customers will have the capability to meet, do business, manage and route minutes more effectively with our extensive community of carriers – moreover, special rates will be available for Transparate members if they decide to route their calls through the DIGITALK Cloud” says Eugene Nedbailo, CEO at Transparate. “A complete solution means carriers can boost their minute sales and implement them efficiently.”
