Natterbox, the cloud-based voice services company, today announced that it has integrated its solutions with the NICETrading Recording solution from NICE Systems, a worldwide leader of software solutions, to provide customers with landline and mobile call recording accessible via one centralised location.
Natterbox integrates with NICE Trading Recording for the on-premise storage of calls, regardless of the type of phone that is used - fixed or mobile. This is done in a way that doesn’t require replacing the existing recording infrastructure, key to managing risk effectively and cost efficiently.
The integration will enable any organisation regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to become compliant with legislation on mobile call recording which came into force in November 2011.

The Natterbox integration with NICE Trading Recording is available now via Natterbox’s partnership with Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions for customers worldwide.
