Carval Computing has been selected by Mossbourne Community Academy to provide Payroll and HR software. As well as providing in-house Payroll processing and HR functionality, Carval’s HR Unity will enable Mossbourne Community Academy to comply with new pensions and auto-enrolment legislation. Initially, for its 260 employees, the Academy plans to use the system to accommodate additional staff numbers, as new schools are set up under its ambitious expansion plans.
Carval was selected for its fully integrated Payroll and HR software as well as for its Self-Service facility. The Academy will roll out the Payroll first. This will be followed by the HR module, with the Self-Service functionality going live by beginning of May. The integrated HR and Payroll features will reduce data duplication, saving time and helping to provide more accurate reports.
Richard Dearing, Director of Finance at Mossbourne Academy said, “We needed a new system as our existing processes didn’t have the flexibility to meet legislation changes, particularly with our expansion plans.
