THE UK IS IN THE SPOTLIGHT AT CALLCENTERWORLD 2009

At the 11th International Congress and Exhibition for Call Centres and Customer Management, the UK, as Europe's key market, will take centre stage.

With almost one million employees, the UK is the largest and most mature of Europe's call centre markets. It was therefore the obvious choice for CallCenterWorld's first ever country specific focus at the Berlin congress and exhibition, which will take place from 16 to 19 February 2009.

A specially designed UK PLAZA will allow UK exhibitors to showcase their expertise, products and services to international visitors at the four day event in the German capital.

Only organisations with a head office in the UK have this option in 2009, which gives them unprecedented visibility across the exhibition. The package includes reduced fees for ready-to-use stands, half-hour company presentation slots, entrance tickets to the congress/awards dinner, the CallCenterWorld party and much more.

CallCenterWorld has the support of UK industry bodies and networking organisations such as Customer Contact Management Association (CCMA) and Call NorthWest. BT is the main sponsor of CallCenterWorld 2009 alongside other key partners such as Bosch, Cisco, Deutsche Telecom, Siemens, Sitel and Walter Services.

CallCenterWorld is again on target to break its 2008 record of 7,200 trade visitors and 230 international exhibitors, reinforcing its position as Europe's leading congress and exhibition.

In 2009 the call centre congress will feature presentations by more than 60 industry experts, engaging delegates to discuss current subjects facing the call centre market.

The 2009 theme for CallCenterWorld will be 'Call Centre as Value Creator! Best Service - Best Innovation - Best Value' to focus on customer oriented, modern and customer value based communication strategies.
