Leading vendor independent, consulting, technology and managed services specialist IT Asset Management Solutions (ITAMS) today announced its expansion into continental Europe to support its rapidly growing customer base and increasing demand for IT and software asset management services.
ITAMS provide advisory, design, implementation, managed services and training for enterprise software licence & asset lifecycle management, helping companies to reduce the costs and risks associated with the ownership and management of IT hardware and software licence assets.
ITAMS has expanded further into continental Europe with the opening of a new Data Operations Centre in Bucharest and looks set to maintain its growth plans for the coming year which have already seen both profits and the UK employee base double in size over the past 12 months.
The new Bucharest office will substantially increase ITAMS’ back office operation capacity and expertise for specialist licence management. It will also provide increased capacity for existing and new UK and European customers requiring data skills to handle the complexities of reconciling software licensing, installation and software usage data. The facility provides an immediate industry leading Oracle licence reconciliation capability, complementing the well-established portfolio of other top software vendors.
"During the past year, ITAMS has seen a substantial increase in demand for its Enterprise Licence Management 360 (ELM 360) and Asset Lifecycle Management 360 (ALM 360) services to support ITAM projects and ongoing services in both the UK and Continental Europe”, comments Paul Sheehan, Managing Partner and co-founder at ITAMS.
“Over the past 12 years we’ve successfully cemented our presence in the UK market and established strong repeatable services. We are now making a serious commitment to increase our bandwidth, further refine and expand services and provide a high quality bureau based service for UK and European customers.”
The Bucharest expansion represents an important milestone in ITAMS’ 12 year history. In parallel, ITAMS will continue to grow its existing UK Centre of Excellence, adding to what is deemed to be one of the most pragmatic and experienced consulting teams in the IT and software asset management niche.
ITAMS was formed to assist corporate, government and IT service provider organisations in reducing the cost and risks associated with IT hardware and software license assets.
ITAMS works with specialist software technologies and provides a full range of IT services and dedicated solutions often bespoke to individual requirements and delivered by one of the most experienced teams in the UK.
ITAMS’ services are built on strong market, industry and niche subject matter knowledge, gained from working with over 400 UK and global, private and public sector organisations many with 20K-150K employees, including 14 of the top 25 FTSE companies in the UK.
