These globally recognised accolades require Kcom to meet tough criteria; Cisco partners must demonstrate successful product implementation and provide a high level of customer satisfaction. Kcom is one of only a few Cisco Partners in the UK to have this level of capability, experience and knowledge.

Working closely with experts at Cisco, Kcom has launched Workplaces, a new suite of hosted, managed communication services, powered by Cisco technologies. Workplaces provide organisations with a range of subscription based services which give them the capability to transform their customer contact or business collaboration capabilities. Using a flexible costing model, Kcom has been able to remove many of the barriers associated with investing in capital intensive on-premise solutions.
