Sceneric, a leading web and e-commerce consultancy, today confirmed it has been awarded two major ‘best in class’ accolades by hybris software – an SAP company and the world’s fastest-growing commerce platform provider. The awards were announced at the recent hybris Global Partner Summit 2014 in Munich, where Sceneric was not only named hybris EMEA Partner of the Year 2013, but also won the prestigious hybris Service Delivery Partner of the Year award for the second year running.
Outperforming over 350 other hybris partners from Europe, North America and Asia Pacific, the awards confirm Sceneric’s fast extending global reach and expertise and also validate the quality and consistency of its best-in-class hybris software delivery model. Last year Sceneric successfully completed 20 high profile hybris customer implementations which also led to nominations as APAC and Global partner of the year.
Experts at enabling hybris customers to achieve their global omni-channel ambitions, Sceneric’s recent projects on behalf of big brand customer names demonstrate the strength and depth of its know-how in delivering complex multi-territory solutions featuring multiple language, currency and market/geography specific transactional localisations.
Jim Herbert, Founding Director of Sceneric and a guest speaker at the hybris Global Partner Summit, said: “These awards recognise the strength and professionalism of our hybris delivery teams which currently span the UK, Asia Pacific and Australia. In the coming months we plan to supplement our global presence with new offices in the US and further afield.”
Sceneric’s partnership with hybris continues to strengthen. Last year, Sceneric was selected to help extend the hybris platform with a B2C Commerce Accelerator for China incorporating all the tools organisations need to do business in this unique market. Highlight features include a custom checkout flow with Alipay integration, plug-ins for China’s biggest social networking sites – Weibo and QQ – plus a store locator that’s integrated with Chinese search company Baidu Maps. Currently, Sceneric is developing a new Commerce Accelerator designed to meet the specific needs of the Financial Services sector.
“We’re committed to investing our resources and expertise in growing our relationship with hybris and extending the support we provide to our joint customers. The rapid expansion of ecommerce into new vertical markets means 2014 promises to be packed full of possibilities and new opportunities, and we look forward to working alongside hybris in driving industry-specific solutions that meet the particular challenges of customers striving to respond to the demands of consumers who expect to transact seamlessly across multiple channels.”
Frank Schoutissen, Vice President Channel at hybris said: “Sceneric has once again demonstrated it has its finger on the pulse when it comes to superb execution of complex omni commerce projects. Its people live and breathe this work, and bring a depth of expertise and unique marketplace understanding that customers truly value.”
