Nottingham, 25th March 2013 – The Northern Ireland Assembly Commission (the Commission) has entered a five year contract with MidlandHR for iTrent Cloud Services. The single platform for talent management,workforce planning, HR and payroll will help the Commission to implement the latest HR and payroll best practice, whilst avoiding major hardware costs.
The Commission’s project drivers were to implement an integrated payroll and HR solution that would increase the services available to staff and other system users and also maximise efficiency within the organisation through best practice processes.

During the first phase of the project, the Commission will be implementing Absence Management, and HR and Payroll, with the first monthly payroll expected to run in April 2013. Further iTrent modules including Self-Service for managers and employees, Recruitment, Performance Management and Learning & Development will then be implemented during the second phase.
