K3 Retail has built a dedicated team focussing on the fashion sector with the appointments of Domenico Antonucci as Sector expert for Fashion and John Ricketts as Senior AX Consultant, further strengthening the company’s fashion and apparel go–to-market proposition, with both candidates bringing in-depth knowledge and understanding of the fashion industry.
With their profound market knowledge, Domenico and John will add value to the K3 Retail fashion offering. Building on the recent launch of ax|is fashion, a concept-to-consumer fashion and apparel solution, which is already creating great interest in the fashion space.
With close to 18 years of fashion industry experience, having worked for Prologic, Lawson Software and Micros, Domenico understands the challenges that brands and retailers are up against and through collaborative working will discuss strategy and planning to deliver an informed consultative approach. Domenico will be helping fashion and apparel retailers to maximise their business potential, analysing customer’s complex requirements and interpreting these into a tailored solution to best fit their needs.
John brings over 20 years of retail industry knowledge with him, having previously worked at for BHS and Mothercare, encompassing all aspects of retailing. He transitioned into IT consulting ten years ago and has implemented a number of end-to-end retail systems for well-known retailers during his consulting career.
John’s role involves engaging with customers from the initiation of their project through to the delivery, covering everything from analysis and design through to training, testing and support.

Ultimately, retailers expect to know how they can optimise operations and how long it will take, with a clear plan for a ROI – which is where I come in”.
