K3 has today announced the launch of ax|is fashion, its new solution for fashion and apparel, at the Microsoft Convergence Exhibition in Barcelona. Built on Microsoft Dynamics for Retail, ax|is fashion has been further enhanced to meet the unique and exacting needs of this fast moving and trend-sensitive industry.
ax|is fashion is a concept-to-consumer solution that is made to measure, ready to wear. This flexible and scalable solution offers fashion and apparel retailers a tailored environment in which to gain insight and control over all processes and channels to market.
As a launch customer, WeirdFish has experienced the benefits of ax|is fashion first hand with a number of K3 fashion modules built into the core Dynamics for Retail platform. The individual vintage inspired, iconic clothing company is 60% wholesale based and also operates through multiple channels including retail stores, ecommerce and a growing number of concessions. WeirdFish wants to aid growth across all of its business channels with a seamless view of their business.
