Moda in Pelle, the ladies prestige footwear retailer, with over thirty stores in the UK, has seen a dramatic email revenue increase of 116%, year-on-year, since selecting Bronto Software as its email marketing platform provider. Through Bronto, Moda in Pelle is accessing and utilising data more efficiently, allowing it to deliver more targeted marketing and to improve customer communications.
Upon implementation of the Bronto system in May 2012, the shoe retailer saw an immediate improvement in deliverability and a corresponding 5% increase in open and click rates.
Moda in Pelle moved quickly to take advantage of many aspects of the feature-rich Bronto Marketing Platform and began to test and implement new ideas with each marketing campaign, leading to better results each month. For example, Moda in Pelle initiated an automated welcome series programme to engage new subscribers and in just two months, the revenue generated was far more than initially expected.

Moda in Pelle finished last year with a very strong AW12 performance, experiencing positive like for like figures overall for the year of +6% in retail. It opened five stores last year in the South East of England with a further four new stores opened already in the first half of 2013.
