Avaya has presented Sabio with two prestigious awards at this week's Avaya PartnerConnect UK conference held at Edgbaston Cricket Stadium in Birmingham. Sabio is a long-standing Avaya Connect Platinum Partner, and received Avaya's Technical Excellence and Marketing Excellence awards in recognition of its continued ability to deliver innovative customer service solutions based on Avaya technology - as well as its commitment to supporting its Avaya customers and prospects in identifying and achieving industry best practice.
Over the last 12 months particularly Sabio has cemented its Avaya Connect Platinum Partner status with continued investment in Avaya expertise as well as a major relaunch of its UK-based Customer Support Centre – which now supports some 93 percent of customer incidents in-house. Sabio has also strengthened its Avaya propositions through an active best practice events calendar, major investment in its online activities, and a determination to communicate success through an ongoing Avaya customer case study programme.
