Casewise Systems, the leading international provider of Enterprise Business Architecture, Business Process Analysis and Business Process Management software and solutions, has today announced two high profile additions to its team.

Lawrence Wiensczak has been appointed to head up its Channels & Resellers team, whilst Ian Hancock joins as Strategy & Innovation Leader.

Lawrence’s focus at Casewise will be to expand the company’s innovative software into developing target markets, as well as providing value-added benefits to local resellers.

Speaking about his new role, Lawrence said: “I’m delighted to have joined Casewise – a company that is both established and growing. Casewise provides exactly the kind of environment I work best in, and I’m looking forward to being part of a team which is highly driven and dedicated to making a difference to new and existing clients around the world.”

Alexandre Wentzo, chief executive of Casewise said: “It’s very exciting for us to have someone of the caliber of Lawrence driving our Channels and Resellers team.

“Lawrence has a wealth of experience in sales and business development with proven ability to develop, direct and grow business, determine client and sector requirements, package and market value-added technology-based solutions, and develop strong client and partner relations. He’ll give us real drive and focus in our target territories.

Prior to joining Casewise, Lawrence was head of business sales and business development for Business Optix. His consultative solution sales approach to deliver profitable relationships with target accounts has seen him work with blue chip names such as Johnson & Johnson, BT, Dell, Reed Exhibitions, Cancer Research UK, Lancaster University and the NHS.

Alexandre added: “Lawrence’s track record of managing P&L to achieve growth, profitability and predictability will prove vital to Casewise as we enter a period of expansion and roll out new products and solutions throughout all territories.”

Lawrence’s appointment comes on the back of a similarly high-profile addition to the Casewise team, with the recent arrival of new Strategy & Innovation Leader, Ian Hancock. Ian joins Casewise with the remit of building a new technical strategy to support the product and solution offerings. In order to achieve this, he took a holistic view of the entire development structure and processes, and began honing and aligning them to better serve the business.

Ian has over 15 years’ experience developing and managing the development of Enterprise Architecture modeling tools, through three previous companies; Popkin Software Ltd, Telelogic AB and IBM Rational.

Alexandre adds: “Ian is a very important addition to the Casewise team, and he joins at a very exciting time for us all. The fact that Ian chose to join us from IBM shows just how ambitious Casewise is.”

Ian says: “I am looking forward to using and cultivating my experience within Casewise, and am excited about producing excellent products and solutions that excite both our customers and the company as a whole.”
