• Scheme launched to connect New Generation of Software Developers with prospective employers
• 'Employment Fair' to be held at Magic Software’s office in Bracknell, Berkshire, Wednesday April 18th.

Or Yehuda, Israel, March 14, 2012 – Magic Software Enterprises Ltd. (NASDAQ: MGIC), a global provider of mobile and cloud-enabled application and business integration platforms, announced today that it is launching a Graduate Recruitment Programme, to help its customers in their recruitment processes and efforts in finding the next generation of IT graduates to employ. The aim is to enable prospective employers, be they independent software vendors or enterprises, to better connect with, and interview, a number of good quality IT graduates in one location, on one day.

Building on its existing initiatives with University students, Magic will invite IT graduates to attend an  'Employment Fair' to be held at its offices in Bracknell on Wednesday 18th April. Magic will undertake the process of shortlisting candidates and will arrange for interviews with employers. Candidates will also be invited to provide a short presentation to showcase their skills to different organisations. 

As part of the programme, Magic will then arrange, and provide funding for, the successful candidates to undergo a five day training course with its  uniPaaS  platform, to enable them to gain practical and technical skills that can be put to use in the workplace.  uniPaaS is a tool which greatly simplifies the process of building and deploying full client, mobile, cloud, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and rich internet applications (RIA).
