CDG, a digital integrator, today announced that it has signed an agreement to transfer ownership of ISDG, the innovative software distribution company. This follows on from the previous rebranding of CDG’s distribution activities to ISDG in 2013.
ISDG is focused on bringing innovative software vendors to market that advance the development of enterprise IT operations. Under the new management team, the company’s current network of partners and resellers will continue to benefit from access to support, training and innovation services that assist them in identifying and delivering new projects for customers.
CDG will build on its new business strategy as a premier digital integrator for organisations across the public and private sector. This includes providing companies with access to unique service methodologies, change management processes and the latest in agile software development in order to accelerate new digital transformation initiatives.
The new management team at ISDG includes previous CDG employees and new directors. Donald Wasterfall, Director at ISDG said, “It’s great to be part of the team to take ISDG forward. Our focus on innovation places us at the heart of some very exciting developments that are happening in the sector. We will be continuing to invest in bringing new technologies to market and supporting our partner network in discovering new business opportunities. We will be expanding the range of vendor partners that we support in the UK market as demand for new technologies and innovative SME vendors continues to grow.”
Chris Patton, Marketing Director at CDG commented, “We wish the team at ISDG every success with their endeavours in the future. The management team that has come on board believes passionately in the approach that the company has had in the past, and the important role that distribution must play in promoting proven innovation and providing access to the best emerging technology vendors.”
“At CDG, we are committed to fulfilling the requirement that exists for digital integration services within enterprises. This is a new and distinct sector that will involve collaborating with customers, vendors and systems integrators in order to create and deliver the digital transformation programmes that are required across public and private sector organisations,” continued Patton.
