Imago Group plc, Europe’s largest video solutions company, has been appointed by Avaya to continue its distribution of Scopia video conferencing solutions in the UK, Benelux and France following Avaya’s acquisition of Radvision last year.

Both Imago and its subsidiary Video Corporation have longstanding relationships with Radvision, an Avaya Company.  Video Corporation has continued to work with its reseller channel to market Scopia solutions and grow their business in the UK and other countries.

Under the new agreement Imago/Video Corporation will distribute the full range of video products, including the Scopia XT5000 state-of-the-art video conferencing room system; the recently-announced Scopia XT Executive 240; as well as Scopia Mobile, Scopia Desktop and the Elite Series MCUs. Full product details are available at www.radvision.com.

Ian Vickerage, Managing Director at Imago Group plc, said: “We have been operating a ‘business as usual’ policy with the Scopia portfolio over the past few months, and we are delighted to have been appointed by Avaya to continue to represent and market the these solutions. Avaya’s acquisition of Radvision will bring many advantages to resellers who can now sell Scopia video conferencing knowing that it will easily work with other Avaya products.”
