Leading ICT services company, Telindus, has been awarded the ISO20000, the International Standard for Service Management.
Achieving this industry recognised standard acknowledges Telindus’ ability to deliver a consistently high quality of service. ISO standards recognise that services are reliable and of good quality. They also ensure that products and services are continually monitored and improved.
