An easy way to streamline subcontractor prequalification
Because many of our customers told us how difficult it is to manage their database of qualified subcontractors, with this release we introduce our PreConstruction module to do just that. No longer do companies need to rely on manual methods. Subcontractor prequalification allows them to collect information as they like it within three areas:

• General Overview – Head Counts, Technology, Ownership, Contacts, Legal
• Legal and Financial – Safety, OSHA, Quality, Insurance, Liability, Finances, Bonding, CPA
• Capabilities – Projects, Project Types, States, Regions, Scopes, Unions, References

However, within these areas, you are able to control the topics you want to collect by configuring the form via the form properties, turn tabs on and off to control which data you collect and use custom fields to tailor the form exactly for your company’s needs.
