London - 17th August, 2009 - Sabio, the innovative contact centre services and solutions company, today announced that it will be the Gold Sponsor for the Customer Contact Association's annual convention held by the CCA on the 4th and 5th November 2009 in Edinburgh. The CCA's annual convention is widely regarded as the contact centre industry's main forum for best practice and thought leadership, and provides a complementary platform for Sabio to promote its goal of delivering exceptional customer contact strategies and solutions.
Sabio has also announced that it is to sponsor the Best Use of Technology Partnership category at the CCA's Excellence Awards, which will be awarded at a ceremony during the convention. This category recognises the importance of the strong partnership between solutions providers and their customers, and will focus on those projects that have successfully introduced and applied an effective and innovative technology solution.
