London, 30 July 2009: Infohrm, the global leader in workforce planning, reporting and analytics, has announced the line up for the 2009 European conference, to be held 11 and 12 November at the Australian High Commission, Strand, London. This year's conference theme is minimising risk to realise greater return; a particularly relevant topic in today's economic climate.

The conference will feature high profile speakers sharing their experiences, including Presenters Peter Sale, Director of Global Incentives, Nokia; Jacquie Heany, Deputy Director HR Professionalism, Cabinet Office; Sandra McCormack, Manager - Human Resource Metrics, Allied Irish Bank; and Simon Kelly, Director of Corporate Solutions Europe, LinkedIn. The keynote line up will also feature Academic thought leaders Professor Dick Beatty from Rutgers University in the USA and Professor David Guest from King's College London.

Peter Howes, CEO of Infohrm comments: "Over the last year we have noticed that companies are taking a growing interest in human capital management as they strive to gain competitive advantage in these tough economic times. This conference will provide excellent background on workforce planning, reporting and analytics regardless of an organisations industry sector or size. Our aim is to enable every organisation to think more strategically about the way it handles the most important asset - its people."

The conference will provide insights on how to gain the human capital advantage using technology, expert techniques, and proven strategies in workforce planning, reporting and analytics.

Peter Howes follows, "Infohrm is proud of its heritage in being the only specialist provider of workforce analytics and planning services. This is the only conference of its kind and consequently we expect it to generate significant interest."
