Simon Fahie has been appointed as Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) at IQNavigator, the leading provider of non-employee workforce management solutions. Based in London, Fahie will play a key role in driving international growth and be responsible for the delivery of IQNavigator’s software and consulting services used by Global 2000 companies for managing project-based consultants, contractors, temporary staff and other contingent workers.
Fahie joins IQNavigator from JDA Software, a leading supply chain software company, where he was a Group Vice President of EMEA Consulting, managing a 300-person team across 18 countries. He was also European Operations Director at UK-based RedPrairie, acquired by JDA in 2013 and brings with him in-depth experience helping organisations to optimise their workforce and supply chain strategies.
Fahie’s responsibilities will include overseeing international sales, delivery, marketing and solutions engineering, working closely with the IQNavigator executive team to drive its ambitious expansion strategy.
“With labour markets showing strong signs of recovery there is tremendous potential for international growth at IQNavigator as companies look to increase their use of contingent labour and require sophisticated solutions for managing the extended workforce,” said Simon Fahie.
IQNavigator has had a UK base for over six years and in May will be releasing its latest UK Office IQNdex, the measure of hourly rates paid by large enterprises to staffing agencies for temporary roles. “The IQNdex is based on data taken from IQNavigator’s SaaS (Software as a Service) application used by leading global companies to manage their temporary workforces and provides a great industry barometer of labour cost trends, based on assignments including clerical, finance and IT roles,” explained Fahie.
