Gartner Research has forecasted that the worldwide dollar-valued IT spending forecast will grow 3.1% in 2014, reaching $3.8 trillion.1 Increased spending power, coupled with an extraordinary demand for cutting-edge and high-end ITSM solutions in the region, gave Axios the motivation to increase the footprint of their North American team, doubling their headcount in the areas of Sales & Marketing, Account Management and Project Delivery.
