Jon Barton, Finance Director at Keysource, said: “Some of the feedback we received this year was that our people are really prepared to put in the effort to ensure that success was achieved. It is satisfying to see that our workforce’s high level of commitment to the success of both the firm and our customers is being recognised. At Keysource we have no doubt that good people management practice, with a strong emphasis on employee development, encourages growth, profitability and efficiency.”
