Significant business growth, including expansion into Europe, has driven a series of new investments and milestones for Catch Resource Management one of the UK’s largest suppliers of ERP resources.
The doubling of Catch’s workforce over the past year has prompted a move from Farnborough, Hampshire to purpose-built premises in Farnham, Surrey. This expansion has included a renewed commitment to the resourcing of SAP projects and the recruitment of a new dedicated team. This complements Catch’s core ERP capabilities in supplying contract and permanent personnel to clients implementing and running JD Edwards and Microsoft Dynamics AX systems.
Coinciding with the office move, Catch has celebrated the landmark of having 85 contractors concurrently out in the field. As most Catch recruiters have worked on ERP projects in their own right they are able to quickly assess client needs and attract the most talented and best-suited specialists to do the job.
As part of this ongoing growth strategy, Catch has also invested in a new website – www.catchgroup.com - to be launched at the beginning of November This interactive site is especially designed to make life easier for clients and candidates alike. Clients can submit requirements online and candidates can register and search the latest positions. It also includes details of Catch’s self-billing process and automated time-sheets.
Catch is known in the industry for its unrivalled expertise in ERP, Java and .NET, resourcing both permanent and contract personnel for companies such as Coty, Budget Rent-a-car, Norgine Pharmaceuticals, Fit-Flop, Capita, Gullivers Travel Associates (GTA), Liberty Global Services BV, Avon Cosmetics, Warnaco BV, EirGrid, AB Agri, AMEC, Covidien and Assa Abloy. Some of these clients have relied on Catch for over a decade, reflecting the company’s belief that sustainable, long-term client relationships are the key to its success.
“All these latest developments demonstrate that our aim of bringing a new professionalism to mid- to senior-level IT recruitment is really working. We believe that by making IT recruitment more efficient and supplying the best experts for the job we can help client’s optimise their investment in ERP and other systems. Our steady growth endorses this approach,” says Jeremy Bingham, Catch managing director.
