Steve brings to Natterbox over 17 years' experience in the telecommunication and IT sectors and he has held a variety of senior roles at companies including Telewest, MCI WorldCom and Project Telecom.
Natterbox has appointed Steve to head up the UK region from Natterbox’s HQ in Bank, London. He will be responsible for rapidly expanding the UK sales team to increase direct business revenues as well as executing Natterbox’s recently launched channel strategy.
Prior to joining Natterbox, Steve spent four years at the business to business ISP, Timico, transforming its sales strategy and developing an enterprise-focused, solutions sales force along with redefining the company's indirect partner programme. Steve’s skills and experience are centered on increasing new business revenues and service margins and he has led teams to impressive results to evidence that. At Timico, his team achieved many significant customer contracts for services spanning the entire breadth of the communications product range and that is what he aims to replicate at Natterbox.
On his new role, Steve Hodges said “I have spent my entire working career in this industry and we have been through a few exciting technology shifts. However, I strongly believe that Natterbox is the next big thing with one fundamental difference: Natterbox’s creation was focused on the customer – improving their experience and delivering secure technology to achieve that.” Said Hodges.

Steve has active memberships of both the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the Institute of Sales and Marketing Management (ISMM) and is a firm believer in maintaining high professional standards in Sales and Marketing; he brings these best-practices to Natterbox.
