Kofax® plc (LSE: KFX), a leading provider of Capture Enabled BPM™ (business process management) solutions, today announced that chief executive officer Reynolds C. Bish was honored at the 2012 British American Business Awards (BABAs) last night for his leadership in the Southern California business community.  In addition, the company announced it has been included in the FTSE4Good Index Series, a family of share indexes which identify companies that meet globally recognised corporate responsibility standards.

The BABAs, hosted by the British American Business Council (BABC), recognise business leaders selected from Southern California’s vital and diverse industry sectors. Honorees participated in a panel discussion moderated by Rick Reiff, executive editor of the Orange County Business Journal and host and producer of the PBS program, “SoCal Insider,” during which they discussed the challenges and opportunities facing organisations that operate in today’s demanding global economy.

Kofax’s global presence has also been recognized by the investment community with its addition to the FTSE4Good index. Companies included in the index have demonstrated they meet criteria in five categories: environmental management, human rights, supply chain labor standards, countering bribery, and climate change.
