The awards took place on 2nd October 2013 at the prestigious Hilton Park Lane Hotel in London, where Chain Reaction Cycles’ Customer Operations Department took away the award for Best Customer Service Centre of the Year. The accolade of Customer Service Team of the Year was awarded to Virgin Media.
