Trimble is delighted to announce that it will be hosting an exclusive breakfast seminar in partnership with the Institute of Directors (IoD) exploring the latest field service industry findings. Entitled ‘Delivering Service Excellence through the Mobile Workforce’ the seminar will take place on Wednesday 20th March between 8:00am-and 10.30am and will include a panel of experts discussing the findings from a recent Trimble report, ‘The Road Ahead: The future of field service delivery’.
The quality of service delivery has become an increasingly important priority for businesses struggling to differentiate themselves in an ever-more competitive consumer market or an efficiency-led business to business arena. The seminar will examine the challenges faced by businesses with fleet and field service organisations and offer insight and opinion on how the future may be changing. Chaired by the IOD, this interactive session will include an expert panel, comprising of spokespeople from BT, Zurich, The Energy Saving Trust, Brake (the road safety charity) and Trimble, who will consider the latest findings from the report, providing their insight into the key approaches organisations are taking to adapt to the new service imperatives.
