Bulgaria is the location for PEER 1’s latest service enhancement, where ten dedicated monitoring and quality assurance professionals provide 24x7 eyes and ears at its Regional Operations Centre, watching and trouble-shooting server issues, intrusion detection and validating false positives. As a result the UK-based customer service team of Technical Account Managers and Business Development Consultants is now able to concentrate even harder on supporting customers around Europe and proactively managing their infrastructure.
