Access announced yesterday a further addition to their offerings in the cloud with the launch of aCloud CRM following the announcement of the aCloud platform and the launch of aCloud Insight in January. aCloud CRM is a SaaS CRM platform offering sales, marketing, support and customer service/call centre automation. It is available as a stand-alone product or integrated with other aCloud products and on-premise solutions such as Access Dimensions.

aCloud CRM drives sales performance by allowing businesses to track and share contacts and opportunities, manage and up sell into existing accounts, forecast revenue, monitor performance through dashboards, and manage quotes and contracts, through the Access aCloud platform.

Stuart Allsopp, chief technology officer at Access, said, "aCloud CRM is the next generation of CRM, managing not only your customers but all elements of your organisation including staff, call-centres and marketing. This further development of our cloud platform offers a great opportunity for both existing and new customers to reap the benefits of effective and efficient CRM. By offering a range of products that can either be used solely in the cloud, or integrate with existing on-premise solutions, we're giving our customers what they want, whether it's to move completely to a hosted solution or have a system part on-premise and part in the cloud."

The Access Group is making a number of beneficial additions to its already good performing ERP solution portfolio.
