Business Development Director at TISSL
In 2009, Stuart Coetzee joined TISSL, an award-winning EPoS solutions partner to the hospitality sector, whose clients encompass hotels, restaurants, pubs, bars, clubs, casual dining and members clubs.
Stuart’s total immersion in the hospitality market has equipped him to advocate the application of technology to streamline processes, drive up profitability and build customer loyalty. His specialist subject is the latest point-of-sale technology, and he champions the use of mobile and handheld devices for order and sales transaction processing.
Excelling in his initial role of Project Manager at TISSL, he subsequently moved into a Sales function. He now provides customers with consultancy on the deployment of existing and new technologies, devises future-proof technology roadmaps, and liaises with in-house product development teams.
As TISSL’s Strategic Business Development Director, Stuart manages the company’s diverse client base ranging from independent boutique hotels to The Ritz and from start-up cosmopolitan cafés to Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurants. He personally account-manages the operations of elite chef-patrons such as Gordon Ramsay and Heston Blumenthal.
Partner relations are a further area of responsibility for Stuart, bringing together best-of-breed offerings to provide the company’s hospitality clients with a fuller, integrated technology solution to run their business.

A History graduate of the University of Hull, Stuart worked initially for World Vision and then for Adrian Fisher Associates in Marketing and Research roles, prior to joining TISSL.
