Andy began his career by joining the WH Smith IT graduate scheme in 2001 completing this in 2003. He held a variety of roles in service delivery, initially managing the transition of internal desktop services to an outsource operation. Various BA / PM roles across store systems, merchandising and distribution solutions followed before joining Mosaic Fashions (later Aurora Fashions) in August 2007 as Store Systems Project Manager.
He progressed to Store Systems Development Manager in March 2008, assuming responsibility for eCommerce development and integration in 2009. One of Andy’s career highlights includes the introduction of multichannel capability into Aurora Fashions during 2010 which subsequently won the ‘Multichannel Retailer’ category at the Retail Systems Awards.
Andy transitioned to Retail Assist in February 2011 as Head of Multichannel Solutions, when Aurora Fashions outsourced its IT function to the specialist retail-only solutions and services provider.
His personal interests include spending time with his family, playing golf and walking his English Springer Spaniel.
